Return & Refund Policy

At Lost Artifacts Studio, every product is made to order with care and intention. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will review the case and send a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

3. Time Limit

We do not accept claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

返品・返金ポリシー

Lost Artifacts Studioのすべての商品は受注生産で丁寧に制作されているため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

1. 不良品または誤送品の場合

商品に不具合がある場合、または注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。状況を確認のうえ、追加費用なしで交換品をお送りします。

2. 交換の条件

交換をご希望の場合は、以下の情報をご提供ください：

  • 不良または誤送品の写真
  • 注文番号
  • 問題の詳細な説明

3. 申請期限

商品到着から7日以上経過した申請には対応いたしかねます。

4. 返品不可の商品

当店の商品はすべて受注生産のため、不良品や誤送品を除き、返品・キャンセル・交換はできません。
